Followers do not create accounts or enter into a contract with Allydin. When followers interact with creator content (including text prompts, voice inputs, or social platform interactions), we process their data based on: 

• Legitimate Interests, such as enabling the interaction features, maintaining platform functionality, preventing misuse, ensuring security, and improving model accuracy (using anonymized data). 

• Consent, where applicable (e.g., when followers initiate an interaction, use voice features, or accept cookies). 

If we receive follower data from a social media platform, such processing is governed by the platform’s permissions and privacy policies, and we process such data only to the extent necessary to provide the requested interaction.
