These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between BeeHyv Software Solutions Private Limited (“BeeHyv”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and any individual or entity (“User”, “Influencer”, “Creator”, “Follower”, or “you”) who accesses or uses the Allydin platform, mobile application, website, AI tools, or related services (“Allydin” or “Platform”).

Follower / End User: Individuals who interact with Influencer content via Allydin.

AI Interactions: Responses, summaries, translations, or insights generated by Allydin’s GenAI systems.

Content: Videos, audio, text, metadata, prompts, interactions, and other material submitted or made available on the Platform.

Paid Services: Subscription plans, paid interactions, and monetized features processed via Razorpay or other payment partners.

Influencer / Creator: Individuals or entities who upload, provide, or authorize video/audio/text content for interaction on Allydin.

Follower / End User: Individuals who interact with Influencer content via Allydin.

AI Interactions: Responses, summaries, translations, or insights generated by Allydin’s GenAI systems.

Content: Videos, audio, text, metadata, prompts, interactions, and other material submitted or made available on the Platform.

Paid Services: Subscription plans, paid interactions, and monetized features processed via Razorpay or other payment partners.

You must:

- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).

- Have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

- For Influencers, hold rights or permissions to upload and share your content.

DESCRIPTION OF ALLYDIN

Allydin is an AI-powered interactive platform that allows:

 Influencers to upload or connect their video/audio content;

 Followers to interact with such content using multilingual, voice or text-based AI;

 Real-time insights, summaries, responses, and other AI-generated outputs based on the original content.

Features may evolve and can be added, removed, or modified.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must create an account to access certain features.

 Provide accurate and complete information;

 Maintain confidentiality of login credentials;

 Be responsible for activities under your account;

 Notify BeeHyv immediately of unauthorized access.

BeeHyv may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

 Upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content;

 Use Allydin for activities violating any law, including financial misrepresentation;

 Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Platform;

 Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;

 Harass, defame, or abuse others.

5.2 Influencers specifically agree:

 You own or have rights to all uploaded content;

 You are solely responsible for accuracy and compliance of your content;

 If providing financial, medical, legal, or advisory content, you must include required disclaimers.

5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken through your account.

BeeHyv is not liable for representations made by Influencers.

You agree not to violate applicable laws, upload misleading or unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer the Platform.

Additional Restrictions: You agree not to engage in automated scraping, data harvesting, bypassing security controls, interfering with platform operations, creating multiple accounts to evade limits, or using bots or automated tools.

 Are generated based on Influencer content;

 Are not guaranteed to be correct, especially for high-stakes subjects.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSES

8.2 License Granted to BeeHyv: You grant BeeHyv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, modify (for technical purposes), translate, and display your content solely to operate and improve Allydin. BeeHyv does not resell or commercially exploit your content outside Allydin.

8.3 License to use platform: BeeHyv grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Allydin in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or creation of derivative works based on Allydin or its components.
