Allydin: Refund & Cancellation

INTRODUCTION 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions, prepaid credits, advances, and paid services offered through the Allydin platform (“Service”), operated by BeeHyv Software Solutions Private Limited (“BeeHyv”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing or making payments, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions, prepaid credits, advances, and paid services offered through the Allydin platform (“Service”), operated by BeeHyv Software Solutions Private Limited (“BeeHyv”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing or making payments, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Policy.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation:

 The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

 No further payments will be charged after cancellation.

 No refunds will be provided for the billing period that has already begun, as AI compute and platform resources may have already been utilized. BeeHyv does not require a notice period for cancellation unless specified in a separate enterprise agreement.

BeeHyv incurs real-time AI processing and infrastructure costs whenever Allydin is used. Therefore: 

  • No refunds will be issued once the billing period has started. 

  • Partial use or non-use of the subscription during a billing cycle does not qualify for a refund. 


  1. Prepaid Credits, Advances, or Wallet Balances 

  • Unused balances are refundable upon request. 

  • Any amount already utilized for AI interactions, processing, or platform usage is non- refundable

  • Only the unutilized portion of prepaid balances will be refunded. 


  1. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments 

  • In case of duplicate or accidental payments, BeeHyv will refund the excess amount after verification. 

Proof of payment may be required. 


  1. Mode of Refund

Refund timelines follow Razorpay’s standard settlement cycle (typically 5–10 business days).

  • Violations of Allydin’s Terms & Conditions

  • Modify subscription plans, pricing, or resource limits 

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations 

  • Refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of this Policy Updates to this Policy will be published with a new 'Last Updated' date.
